Genetic Counselling Manager
Alice manages the Genetic Counselling department at Number 1 Fertility. Alice has over 10 years’ experience as a Genetic Counsellor following her Master of Genetic Counselling and has both clinical and research experience. She discovered a passion for reproductive genetic counselling early in her career and worked for 8 years in the pregnancy setting before moving to Number 1 Fertility.
Alice provides empathic and patient centred care for patients at Number 1 Fertility. Alice believes in the importance of informed decision making and enjoys assisting couples to understand complex information about genetic testing and risk in the context of their own unique circumstances.
In her spare time Alice enjoys open water swimming, being outdoors, gardening, and spending time with family and friends.
Dr Chloe Stutterd
Consultant Clinical Geneticist

Chloe is a Clinical Geneticist who consults for Number 1 Fertility. She is a Consultant Clinical Geneticist at the Victorian Clinical Genetics Service (VCGS) and Austin Hospital, Clinical Trials Investigator at the Murdoch Children’s Research Institute (MCRI) and Lecturer at the University of Melbourne (UoM). She obtained her medical degree from Flinders University and trained in Paediatrics and Clinical Genetics at the Royal Children’s Hospital (RCH) and VCGS. After post-graduate training, she completed a three-year clinical and research fellowship in neurogenetics with the MCRI and Department of Neurology, RCH. Chloe is a PhD candidate in the Department of Paediatrics, UoM and recipient of a NHMRC Postgraduate Research Scholarship. Her PhD project is investigating genetic causes for rare neurological disorders.
